Depending on the needs and stage of your proposal, our team can help develop and strengthen the narrative or provide later-stage editing and proofreading to prepare a polished, competitive submission.

Proposal Writing & Narrative Development
We work with investigators to develop clear, compelling proposal narratives that communicate the significance, innovation, and impact of the proposed research. Support may include developing or refining proposal sections, strengthening alignment with sponsor priorities and review criteria, integrating contributions from multiple collaborators, and creating a cohesive narrative across the proposal.
Proofreading & Editing
For proposals nearing completion, we provide editorial review focused on clarity, consistency, readability, grammar, formatting, page limits, and sponsor requirements. This support is intended to polish and strengthen an already-developed draft in preparation for submission.
